Our Quality Management includes four main activities:

1. Quality Plan
Identifies the standards and guidelines used to plan, manage, check and deliver the product effectively

2. Quality Assurance plan
An entity/organization is in charge of supervising business processes and product quality

3. Quality Control
Process control activities ranging from initial acceptance to final product validation

4. Corrective actions
Useful to deal with possible imperfections or inconsistencies, in full compliance with the requirements laid out in the quality plan
